I think I might be going senile.
I’ve been so busy working, recipe developing, and food prop shopping that I forgot to tell you guys that I did my FIRST EVER guest post over at PaleoPot!
I posted the link on my Facebook and Instagram (@southbeachprimal) but totally forgot to write about it here. #whoopsies
Jason from PaleoPot contacted me forever ago about possibly doing a video guest post for his site after he saw this ridiculous video of me making my Easy Red Curry. PaleoPot was one of the first recipe websites I consulted when I started eating Primal because it has so many awesome EASY recipes. Needless to say I was ecstatic to do this guest post.
After much debating on what recipe I wanted to do I finally decided on Mexican Birria. I fell in love with it the first time I made it and I thought it was unique enough from my other crock pot recipes. Of course I didn’t have time to make a video of me making it, which was super lame- sorry Jason- but there will be other guest posts to come between our two sites.
Does that excite you? Probably not, you all hate me. ::runs to the closet to cry into a jar of coconut butter::
